Lou Xin is a Chinese visual artist, born in 1993, now living and working in Florence. His artistic practice focuses on the mental state of people in contemporary life, showing the invisible impact of rapid urbanization and capital expansion. Through multimedia and digital video, he explores the boundaries between the real and the virtual world.

 

At ON JOY the artist will present Distant Stars, a video which is a poetic journey invoking a feeling of hope, like of candlelight in a dark cave.
